Durable Horizontal Milling Machine with Vertical Milling Head

1.Advantages of the horizontal spindle: The spindle is arranged horizontally and, in conjunction with the tool holder, allows multiple milling cutters to be mounted for simultaneous combined milling.

2.Large-diameter tool holders: A φ32 mm tool holder is fitted as standard, with a φ40 mm option available; these offer high rigidity and are suitable for deep cuts.

3.Wide worktable: 1325 × 360 mm, with a longitudinal travel of 1100 mm, a transverse travel of 320 mm and a vertical travel of 450 mm, making it suitable for large plate-type components.

4.Adjustable cantilever: 500 mm stroke; the tool holder bracket position can be adjusted to accommodate tool holders of varying lengths.

Yes. Multiple milling cutters can be mounted on the tool holder to machine several surfaces in a single operation.

2.Is a vertical milling head included?

A vertical milling head attachment is included as standard, with a speed range of 0–600 rpm, enabling both vertical and horizontal machining.

3.Is it suitable for milling racks?

It is highly suitable; when used with an indexing head, it can continuously mill long racks.

4.Can the worktable move quickly?

Yes, with XY rapid traverse at 1200 mm/min and Z rapid traverse at 600 mm/min.

5.Does it require a foundation for installation?

We recommend a 150 mm thick concrete foundation, though it can also be placed directly on vibration-damping pads.
