JST Machinery has finished packing and loading one batch of machine tools for our South Korean customer.
This order includes 5 sets of metalworking machines:
Before delivery, all equipment undergoes thorough cleaning and targeted protection for precision components. Key parts such as guide rails, spindles and operation panels are tightly wrapped with waterproof plastic film to prevent moisture and dust.
Every machine is packed in standard fumigated wooden export cases with solid wood pallets. Reinforced steel belts and locking fasteners are installed on each box to strengthen overall structure. During loading, workers carefully position the machines, fill cushioning materials inside the cases, and fully seal and fix the boxes.
After forklifting the packed equipment into the container, wooden blocks are used for multi-point positioning and anti-shake fixation to avoid displacement, collision and moisture damage during long-distance sea transportation, ensuring intact and safe delivery to the Korean factory.
These machine tools can support integrated turning, milling and drilling operations for the customer’s workshop. Every step from manufacturing, testing to export packing is under strict inspection.
